We publish fiction and non-fiction for adults, young adults and children and aim to publish high quality titles. With that provison, here are some possibilities:
◾Traditional: If we accept your title (based on commercial viability), we will pay all costs and give you a 10% royalty, based on sales at recommended retail price. Under this model, while we always strive to deal with authors in a collaborative and cooperative fashion, ultimately we have the final say on all facets of publication: editing, design, cover, price, publicity, marketing, printing, etc. This may include an ebook version if appropriate.
◾As above, but no royalties paid until 1000 books are sold. (Author will need to help with promotion, marketing, etc.)
◾Partnership: Usually a 50:50 joint venture, where we jointly cover the costs, and then share the profits 50:50.
Self-publishing: Where we help a budget-conscious author to put out an ebook or short-run print book at low cost, either under their own name or under our own special imprint for authors not accepted for the Scribblecity Publishers brand.
We offer a bespoke design and marketing service:
• We create Book Covers and Illustrations to match your book at a price you can afford.
• We also help in boosting your marketing campaigns with book trailers, Banner Ads, Search Engine Optimisation and Social Networking assistance to help promote your book.
• We create an Author website.
